Traditionally water treatment centered around filtering out water and returning waste water to the water supply through a process that had several different elements to it. Cutting Edge Water Treatment Options
While these methods provide sanitized water to drink, there are new modern ways of producing water from salt water through desalinization techniques that are the cutting edge in water treatment. Desalinization water treatment options help to convert the extensive ocean water to drinking water. While this has always been technically feasible by capturing the run off steam of boiled water the process was inefficient and not convertible to massive waste water treatment techniques. In other words, it was technically impossible on a large scale and impractical to be used around the world.
